A Welcome to Lily: Little Lily's arrival in Cumbria is a dream come true for her parents Alison and Andrew Bernard, who adopted the 17-month-old Chinese orphan after 15 years of longing for a child. No wonder Alison keeps getting up in the night to look in Lily's cot and check she's really there, a much loved part of the family.
