Seminar focuses on adopting Chinese children: Patricia Cercopely went halfway around the world to adopt her daughter, and she's thinking about doing it all again. Cercopely, who adopted a baby girl from China more than two years ago, will help present a free seminar about adopting children from China Saturday, Aug. 14 at 11 a.m. at the Watauga County Public Library.
